CANCELLATION POLICY |As most of you know we can be booked out weeks in advance. Your appointment is important to us and the appointment is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes life can be completely unpredictable & your appointment may need to be changed – in saying this, we respectfully ask that you provide us with 48hrs  notice for cancelling with any of your upcoming appointments. If this is not met, you might be charged a $55 booking fee. Please understand when nobody opens the door, you forget your appointment or cancel without giving enough notice, we are not able to fill this appointment with such short notice. AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE
Our number 1 priority is the health and safety of our customers and staff during this trying time due to the current situation concerning the COVID-19 Virus.
We would like to assure you that we are staying current and are adhering to the updated guidelines for cleaning and exposure preventative methods.
In the rare instance of a staff member being exposed all customers will be immediately notified and future installations will be cancelled until such time as medical clearance can be provided. This has not happened as yet, and we are doing everything possible to ensure that it doesn’t.
In the event of you or family members being exposed to the virus or becoming ill, PLEASE NOTIFY US ASAP! We also realize that bookings may have to be cancelled due to Self-Isolation/Quarantine or out of concern for your family’s health and wellbeing. We are happy to reschedule any appointment to a later date.
